Booking Policy
- All bookings must be received in written form
- Accommodation vouchers or email reservation confirmations must be provided to Alma Boutique Hotel upon guest arrival
- Alma Boutique Hotel reserves the right to stop all room sales during a specific period when the hotel is fully booked
- All other non-inclusive and extra services delivered shall be paid directly at the hotel before check-out unless otherwise instructed in writing
- The Resort shall not take responsibility for services that are not in accordance with the resort services as per our factsheet or written confirmation of the booking
Guarantee Policy
- 100% payment not exceeding 30 days prior to guest arrival
- For group reservations (minimum 5 rooms): 50% of the full stay amount within 7 days of confirmation
- A 30% deposit is required to secure individual bookings upon confirmation of the booking
- Bookings not confirmed within 3 days of inquiry will be released
Cancellation Policy
- No charge will apply for cancellations received 30 days before arrival date for any bookings
- Cancellations received 29 to 15 days to arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of full stay
- Cancellations received 14 to 8 days to arrival date will incur a charge of 75% of full stay
- Cancellations received 7 to 0 days to arrival date will incur a charge of 100% of full stay
- No show will incur a charge of 100% of full stay
- No refunds will be issued should the guest opt to leave earlier than booked
- Alma Boutique Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where a booking appears to have been engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the bookings contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
